Self Employed (Private Limited Companies and Partnership Firms)

Proof of Identity of Private Limited Company: Any of the following documents can be submitted for the same.
      Service tax
      Sales tax
      Excise registration
      VAT
      Water / Electricity / Registration under Shops and Establishment Act
      PAN
